Commercial Projects
The Store Yard has been involved in dozens of commercial projects.
We work with Architects, Interior Designers and individuals either on a supply only basis or a full design, build, install and finish service.
We can assist in repurposing architectural salvage and furniture items to help bring your vision to a successful conclusion.
Examples of commercial projects we have worked on in the past:
Treacy’s Bar & Restaurant, The Heath
Portlaoise, Co Laois
One of Ireland’s oldest pubs, famed for its traditional straw thatched roof and legendary Irish hospitality. Treacy’s Bar, established in 1780 is a pub filled with unique character and charm.
In this recent project we extended the bar, using salvaged materials and Antique furniture, into what had once been the sitting room of the original cottage. The completed project is sympathetic to the historic atmosphere of the premises. The extended space works in complete harmony with the original bar.

Ashton’s Clonskeagh, Bar and Restaurant
The Storeyard supplied a genuine Irish merchant’s interior. Sourced from Geneva Stores on the Laois/Kilkenny border where it had been built in 1820.
Recently this interior featured prominently in the Banshees of Inisherin film, where it was used as the interior of O’Riordan’s shop.
It has now been incorporated into Ashton’s bar and restaurant in Clonskeagh, Dublin

The Harbour Bar, Bray, Co. Wicklow
The Storeyard had the opportunity to supply bar furniture, antiques and lighting to a recent project at the Harbour Bar in Bray, Co. Wicklow
